Dog Mug Design Print
This listing is for a print of my designs that went onto mugs from an original illustration.
This is an A4 giclee print.
The print comes unmounted and in a cello bag, with hard back card for protection. I am currently swapping to biodegradable cello bags, thank you for your patience whilst I make the change.
The process of getting a print:
The original painting I completed in watercolour in 2018 in my A5 sketch pad, using gouache. I then scanned in the original painting, at a high quality in order for me to reproduce the print. The print listed here, is a fine art giclée print,
What is Giclee fine art print?
The word 'Giclée', is used to describe a fine art digital printing process combining pigment based inks with high quality archival quality paper to achieve Giclée prints of superior archival quality, light fastness and stability.
The paper:
Printed on Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm. This is a heavyweight etching paper which is velvety smooth with a fine surface texture, really replicating the surface of the original painting.
