General Shipping Info
We currently ship twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays using tracked 48 for UK services.
All UK orders are carefully packaged and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you can keep an eye on your parcel every step of the way. Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days, depending on your location.
USA Customers
We’re happy to say we can now ship books and original artwork duty free to the USA!
We can also now ship tote bags, china mugs, tea-towels, calendars and wrapping paper. Please note additional duties are included in the price.
At this time however, we cannot ship other items outside the UK. We're hoping to figure this out asap and get things back up and running to our friends across the pond.
All orders are carefully packaged and sent via Royal Mail International Tracked to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. Delivery typically takes 7-14 working days, though please allow a little extra time during busy periods or for customs processing.
EU Customers
As of 13th December 24, the EU is introduced the General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR). These new rules mean that all businesses must have an EU representative to handle product safety. This means additional costs to us and our customers.
We’re so sad to say that, until we figure out a solution to this madness, we have had to pause shipping to our lovely frens in the EU.

Shipping costs are calculated depending on weight and size of package we need to use to make sure your treats are secure.
Where possible I try to reduce, reuse and recycle my packaging.
Depending on where you are in the world, there may be additional import charges. We have no control of these charges and cannot provide clear guidance as to what these may be as they vary for each country.

Late or Missing Orders
While delivery issues are uncommon, occasional delays can happen due to courier networks, busy periods, or circumstances outside our control. We greatly appreciate your patience and will always do our best to help.
If your order is running late:
Please first check that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct, including any house numbers, apartment details, or postcode information. We also recommend allowing a little extra time in case of courier delays.
If your order has still not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please get in touch at info@madebyharriet.co.uk and we'll be happy to investigate further.
If your tracking shows your order as delivered:
We suggest checking around your property, with neighbours, or in any safe places where parcels are usually left. Please also try contacting your local post office to see if it is being help there.
If you are still unable to locate your parcel after this time, please contact us within 7 working days at info@madebyharriet.co.uk and we'll help you with the next steps.
