At Made by Harriet, we strive to ensure our customers are delighted with their purchases. If, for any reason, you're not entirely satisfied, our returns policy is outlined below:
Returns

Eligibility: You have the right to return items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition.

Exclusions: Please note that personalised, bespoke, or sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Process

Initiate Return: Before returning any items, please contact us at info@madebyharriet.co.uk with your full name, order number, and a brief explanation of the reason for return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely, as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.

Condition of Returns: Returned items must be in a resalable condition. Items that are damaged or broken, may not qualify for a refund.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@madebyharriet.co.uk with details and, if possible, photographs of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover the return shipping costs.
Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched, please email info@madebyharriet.co.uk as soon as possible. Orders are currently shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays. If the order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns process outlined above.
